Generic AVR IR Driver

Is there plans for a generic ir driver for AVR/AVP units ? 
Would it be difficult to do ? 
 

It would not be difficult to do. Would rather have native drivers for ones that have IP control. It is fairly trivial to introduce a AVRIR driver like BluRayIR. It will show up in the next couple of days.

I'm just trying to bridge the gap until a native driver is ready for my avp. I believe with an avrir driver it would save me and possibly others in the future from needing to edit all the commands like you gave in your example posted in the other thread.. At least until native drivers are available for every brand of unit.

Do you have any drivers for the Storm Audio processors yet?
