New Install

Thu Jun 28, 2018 11:48 pm

i just installed a trial of myServer. It appears to be working but i keep getting this in the event log:

6/28/2018 11:20:15 PM WebService Cannot Execute command for 9a44ef58e43440e98d5c841895a1518c. No valid applet or driver not found.

i only installed myInstaller, SQL DB, and myServer. i also installed the homeseer driver and the elk driver. Does anyone know what is causing that error? this is on a new Windows 10 build.

The app is making a call to one of the 100s of myServer web services. However it is failing because the app or driver responsible for responding to the web service is not installed. This is not a fatal error. Just the web app making a call that cannot be processed.

That message is coming from a catch all routine that gets executed when a webservice associated with an applet or driver is not installed on the server. I suspect it is coming from one of the radio apps since the sample scenes will be trying to call those services. If you close all instances of the web clients does the message go away?
