Issue with missing license keys

I just completed the installation of myServer using the ML4 upgrade path in the instructions. When I get to the point where I try to send the Activation Request for the licenses, I'm getting a message that says this request cannot be sent without valid license keys. How do I go about getting valid license keys so that I can proceed with the activation request?

You can only issue activation requests for products with valid license keys. If you have products with invalid license and/or activations delete the existing keys. Depending on time the products may then revert back to 30 day trial modes.

Before you click on the Send Activation Request button make sure only the products with valid licenses are checked off.

That's part of the problem, there are no license keys for any of the items. How should those values be populated?

Did you copy / paste in your upgrade licenses?

Or are you trying to use myServer in trial?

I followed the steps from this link to perform the upgrade:

One of the last things it mentions is: "Delete all "Invalid" licenses and corresponding activation within myServer's Licensing window. These were your old MLServer licenses. You should then see "30 day trial" has started."

So now I see everything as a 30 day trial. I have not received any of the updated license information yet (to my knowledge). In the license key column, everything is blank. And when I select all items and click the send activation request, that is when I get the message I described in the first post.

Here is a screen shot of what I currently see:

I'm sure I'm missing a step somewhere but I don't know where.

Hi RandyF,
We don't see that you purchased upgrade licenses. if / when you do, you will get an email with the licenses that would be applied.
Till then, you will be in trial.

Purchase the new licenses here:

After you apply the purchased licenses, then you send in the Activation Request. You will get an email response with the activation codes specific to your PC.

You would apply those Activations, and myServer should be good to go.

Hi David,

I'm going to send you a PM since I did purchase the upgrade on 12/30/16 but I never received any emails with a license information. Maybe there were some problems with the system at that time.
