monteourdog, what version of ISY are you running? I'm running v5.0.11C and mine has an additional entry for the precision of the variable:

Code: Select all

<CList type="VAR_INT"> <e id="1" name="STATE_Front_Door_Lights"> <val id="prec">0</val> </e> .... </CList>

Monte, that is only a partial variable and not the full xml. Something is missing coming from the ISY. However, I've modified the driver to test for and ignore this illegal condition. The driver will not throw an error now.

I installed the new driver; and re-ran the rest http getting the same results. Only and exactly what I provided in above post.

I haven't seen the error yet - so that may be fixed.

But I am not getting any of my variables - the rest reports the one and only interger I have - but nothing updated in myServer nor any of the 6 states variables.

PS: my ISY is a ISY994i Pro with firmware v.4.6.2 (2017-06-21-13:52:47) which is the latest official UD release.

You will not see any variables being created. The xml your ISY is sending out has the definition of the variable but it does not contain the value for that variable so it is ignored.
