Website / Forum Update

Hello!
Many of you have noticed that our website and forum have been down for the last several days.
Fear not! Allonis LLC is alive and well!

Our webserver had a catastrophic event with a motherboard and hard drive failure.
Thankfully we lost very little data. Possibly a day of forum posts. If you were trying to order any products, our shopping cart will be operational in two more days.
We are still rebuilding the site from backups so you will see issues for the next couple of days.

The good news is we have upgraded the 10+ year old server with the latest and greatest twin Xeon multi core processors. And are investing in fail over protection.

Our email was also down. So, if you had an email bounce back or are waiting for a reply - please resend!

We have some neat updates in testing. Looking forward to putting them on our new server for you!

Is this server also the server that handles software updates and adding movies with MyContent?

Yes, same server that does those services. We are working on getting those items back running.

As an update:
allonis.com webserver is now back in action.
The shopping cart and forum are too.
myInstaller is working. Ensure you have your forum ID / password setup to ensure you are getting the latest files in your Update Subscription.
myContentManager is again working. You must download the latest version from myInstaller first and install. You may see a "Full Text Editor" error message once in a while. We are adding that support now.

Most all of the apps that connect to Allonis cloud services have been updated and are in myInstaller. Make sure you update your systems.
